Yes. We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Contact will be made to inform you the delivery date and time. Please note that this date and time will be arranged according to our delivery schedule. In the event that that you are unable to receive the items on the proposed schedule, your delivery will be rescheduled.
Our delivery rate per trip is $15. For orders above $200, delivery rate is waived off.
Yes. Please allow us 1 – 3 working days to prepare your items. We will then contact you to arrange a day and time to collect your items.
Items sold are considered final sale and cannot be returned
Customers are advised to check their items upon delivery. Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately upon discovery of damaged item. Submit a picture of the defective item via Live Chat/ email. We will arrange a replacement of the defective item upon verification.
Our items do not come with warranty. If your items are damaged upon receiving, refer to Damaged Item.
